Just don't use wifi on CFW (SX OS) until there is a safe way to so it. If you use WiFi on OFW and use your legal games, there's a low, low chance. So, if you don't screw using internet in SX OS and doing crazy shit like mods, or cheats or something like that online, you should be somewhat safe from bans (at least on a better percentage) until some workaround comes.
