Streetpass is OFFLINE first of all, so literally no way to get banned through there...

If you meant Spotpass (which is online), it has never been responsible for bans. The ONLY thing those settings do is if you receive stuff like auto-downloads, shortcuts to eshop for new stuff, Nintendo news, etc. through Spotpass.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
