Little Noob question.
Is possible to do that?
My old 3ds have legit cias (sysnand 4.2 / emunand 9.6) and want to transfer it to my New Nintendo 3DS XL, but only the cias!
I have ambassador games in my n3dsxl and games I bought in eshop and I don't want to lose them or lose my Nintendo ID or Friend Code.

and would be possible transfer legit cias to another 3ds? for example, i'd like to transfer my legit cias to my 3ds' friend (he would format his 3ds xl to clean the nintendo network ID)
