NGC is more powerful than PS2, so why would that work?
Simpler architecture. You can see from the difference in compatibility and requirements between PS2 and GameCube (or even Wii) emulators on PC, even though the latter is slightly more powerful.

Sarcasm...
You unknowingly had a point, then

Apparently the PS2 is more complex to emulate than the Wii, which is the reason why there is no PCSX2 port for Android yet. For the much weaker N3DS a PS2 emulator is just impossible.

Ok let's be real the N3DS can emulate every computer system there is right now and that there will ever be, most of them will just run terrabilly slow, as most of them will have to use the SD as ram, lack enough CPU power to emulate even at 10% speed. But it is always possible (until machienes get over 128GB of ram as the SD card needed to emulate that ram wouldn't work on the 3DS)

Probably, but as the emulator is new it will probably won't be perfect, best go with a PC emulator of the PS2 or just buy the console.

Well Iwata just confirmed a PS4 emulator for the GBA, right after they fund the R4 team.

He says it will be a $89.99 cartridge that you can get at BestBuy, but you can get it for free if you donate to Gateway .

That's a lie. We all know he just sits in his office staring at a banana. We saw that at E3

Sure, at something in the area of 1-2 fps. That is, of course, provided someone wanted to take the time to write a proof of concept emulator. It certainly never would be usable for actually playing anything.

So let me get this straight, you want to run a ps2 emulator within citra? Am I the only one that understood this as written?

I really hope it's just bad English, but yeah Xhibit certainly popped to mind.

"my computer can't run the ps2 emu but maybe I can emulate the emulator to emulate the roms"

No, do to the change in clock speeds the n3ds in incapable of emulating anything less powerful than the ps4. It will most likely be able to emulate the next generation of consoles on the day they launch, but until then we're stuck with just ps4
