Homebrew Is Possible edit a .sav of Pokemon Y/B/R from the VC of 3DS ?

I just want to edit the .sav because I want to do the Mew glitch , but unfortunately not fix me , and fight a glitch needed to run the coach. Could anyone help me? Please.

Sure, like any other game's save they can be extracted with JK, SVDT, SaveDataFiler, or save_manager... and the "sav.dat" file is 100% compatible with emulators' "export battery" option
