So someone is offering me 65USD to buy my unusual hat on TF2. But he only wants to pay via Payza.com, a service I've never even heard of.
Earlier it was called Alertpay.com btw.

Is it trustworthy? Has anyone ever used it here?

Sites like Payza and AlertPay have no recourse for getting your money back if you get scammed.
Didn't even know PayPal had this :O

I've asked it and he can also place it on my Steam account. This is literally what he said:
"Basically; Payza -> Credit card -> Steam. Possible."

I'm interested in this deal, but if you guys really think he may be scamming I won't do it. His Steamrep is good too btw.

People should lern2paypal.
It's just the easiest damn way.

Google seems to point that Alert Pay (what payza used to be) was shit and had a bunch of issues, but got better when they switched to being Payza. Though still not exactly an angelic chorus singing their praise.

I've checked his Steamrep and some of his earlier customers, and they all say he's trustworthy and all. On top of that, he's willing to go first, without using a middleman.
