yes it is broswer hax was patched way back in 9.0 i believe and soundhax was patched in 11.4

9.2 I think was what you used for the browserhax method,while 11.3 and whatever else below that can't use browserhax could use soundhax+safehax.

The results are the same yes. The reason why they are considered best is that they are / were completely free kernal entrypoints which are needed to install cfw onto your console.
