You are forgetting the Mario games, Game and Wario, Captain Toad, Donkey Kong, NintendoLand, Mario Kart, and a bunch more.
Mario kart maybe but I don't care for mario games i've played enough of them and to get back on topic can anyone answer these questions one by one in a single post?

A wiiu without the gamepad? I don't even know why you'd want that, but hey...if you want to shoot yourself in the foot, so be it.

If I buy any Wii U new in box will it be under 5.3.2
I'm going by nonanmejohn on this one. Best is to google around for the bundle you want to buy. Seeing how you further mention picking up a used bundle...obviously you should ask the seller about it.

If the Wii U is under 5.3.2 can I still use the kexploit?
From what I've read (and you really should read the stickies for certainty), the exploit might be backported (or even updated on later versions), but it's not a priority right now.

Is there a game I can use that will update it to an exploitable firmware?
Yes. Check this thread: http://gbatemp.net/threads/wiiu-list-of-system-updates-on-disc.372041/

If I buy a Wii U used on 5.3.2 can I use it without the gamepad and use the kexploit with just wii nunchucks and a gamecube controller?
No idea, but it's certainly not a priority for the devs.

Should I start downloading Wii U iso's while I still can?
You should be ripping your own wiiu games into iso's, otherwise it's not a backup. If you're talking about piracy (which I assume you do)...then you won't find answers here other than "you shouldn't be doing that". This doesn't stop any of the users, but the message is clear: get your own shit together on this one. Nobody's taking even the slightest responsibility on your behalf.

5) We have no idea when loadline will be out and what its features will be. Could be days, weeks, months, etc... so if you wanna download Wii U games now, go ahead. No one's stopping you.
4) You already mentioned in the thread that you're gonna get the gamepad.
3) A quick Google showed that Mario Party 10 comes with 5.3.2. Whether the exploit's exclusive to that firmware, or anything below, or whatever, refer to the first sentence of 5.
2) Another quick Google showed this thread: https://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-run-the-kernel-exploit-on-your-wiiu-tips.395335/. Since there are different payloads for different versions, the answer is yes.
1) Answered in the first reply of the thread.

Finally a straightforward answer so I guess i'm keeping the game pad since it appears it will be needed even if I don't like it. Gonna pick up a new Wii U and mario party 10 and setup dns blocking. Another thing, how easy is it to transfer my modded Wii content to vWii?

No idea, since I've never owned a Wii or Wii U (that might change depending on how well Loadiine (I kept reading and writing it as "Loadline," silly me) works out). I googled all the technical stuff. Take a gander at https://gbatemp.net/threads/full-vwii-softmod.339899/, https://gbatemp.net/threads/simple-guide-to-install-cios-on-vwii-backup-nand-and-keys.339890/, and other tutorials/guides.

Same the only reason I got a wii (for 20$ on craigslist) was so I could play tales of symphonia for the gamecube and not shell out 60-80 for the game and another 40 for a working gamecube.

It depends on the content you want to transfer. Most will need reinstalled (WADs), afaik there is no app for grabbing all of your shit and then installing it when ran again on vWii, if that's what you are looking for. It's possible to manually transfer everything though as far as I'm aware, and not really hard. Savegame Manager GX should get your copy protected saves over to vWii I believe, and since WADs will need reinstalled, MultiModManager or similar..

A note on Channels: if you get a banner brick, your vWii is fucked. There's no recovery for bricked vWii at this time as far as I'm aware. Also, Forwarders made for Wii do not work on vWii. JoostinOnline can explain that better.
