I recently soft modded my Wii thanks to the awesome guides on these forums. I have a question though with PAL vs NTSC games. I noticed that when I load a PAL game my TV will actually switch to the PAL resolution and frequency. At first I thought it was the USB loader forcing NTSC, but I have no games with that option set and when I hit the info button on my TV to check the resolution it actually states a PAL resolution and frequency, i.e. 576i @ 50hertz. Do all TVs have this capability or just some models. I've never had to force NTSC on any games yet when I take the same games to my buddy's house and use his TV, I have to force NTSC for them to display right.
