I am not sure whether the screen is spoil. Should i get a replacement screen or any ways to confirm that it is the screen problem?

it is only obvious when there is animation. If not it just lighter for example "home" is fine just that the color is much lighter

How does this his even happen?
I fear this happening to my systems someday
i bought it from someone else at a very cheap price. Only thing is the btm screen have discolored issue obvious when there is animation, if there is no animation the screen just look alot lighter. So not sure whether is it a screen problem before i order a replacement of screen online

Best idea would be replace it , did the seller said it was defective?

What else do you think it is if you got it for a cheap price? It's a defective screen. Live with it or replace it.
I am going to, but post to see anyone who have similar problem to confirm the screen is defect

Most likely it's the screen that's bad. If there had been liquid damage, there would be a slim chance the problem could be due to corrosion in the connector itself preventing some of the pins inside from making proper contact with the ribbon cable connector. But usually when the screen is light and washed out like that it's just due to a bad screen.
