Homebrew Is mocha CFW safe with no Haxchi?

I'm thinking about installing Mocha CFW, but i don't have a DS VC Game that Haxchi supports.
So is it safe to do this? I'm new to wii u homebrew.

Mocha and Haxchi are two different CFWs completely seperate of each other.

Mocha: used when you do the web browser exploit
Haxchi: purchase a ds game and then you can use Haxchi CFW without having to do the web browser exploit

You don't need Haxchi to do Mocha.

By the way, what formats does WUP Installer GX2 support?

WUPInstaller accepts packages in "FST format" - a collection of .app and .h3 files with hexadecimal numbers as their names, as well as a certificate (title.cert), a ticket (title.tik) and a file list (title.tmd).

If you have game discs, you can dump them into FST format on your own console using wud2app.
