Hacking is it safer to use NTSC WADS on a PAL wii?

i mean i'm doing that anyways cause they look so much better and play so much faster, the difference is unbelievable, but is it also safer to use them beause on the Wii SHop Channel it doesn't appear that i've atually "officially" downloaded them, whereas if i use the WAD from my region it does. or is it still just as much chance nintendo could find out.

The details still get sent to Nintendo, but instead of your Wii saying "I am a PAL Wii and I have the PAL version of x" it'll say "I am a PAL Wii and I have the MTSC-U version of x". Even more obvious to Nintendo imo, as it's an out-of-region game.
