Is it safe to use used amiibos on a stock Switch?

I was wondering if using used amiibos carries the same risks similar to using the migswitch on a stock OLED Switch?

I have never heard anyone saying they got banned after using used amiibos.
The amount of data that can be stored inside an amiibo is very limited and afaik Nintendo doesn't store anything in them related to piracy/cfw/user logs.

100% yes, my wife has uased some of my amiibos on her account on her switch and no problems have occurred

Yes it is, even using thos amiibo emulators is fine and there's no risk from doing that.
