Homebrew Is it Safe to Upgrade EmuNAND on N3DS?

Hey guys. I got rxTools and EmuNAND setup successfully on my N3DS. Now I'm wondering if it's safe to upgrade EmuNAND to 10.3 using Nintendo's system updater, or do I have to use sysUpdater? Also, is 10.3 even capable of being installed or do I have to go with an earlier line of 10.x?

On N3ds? Definitely not. On O3ds? Certainly.
You can only update to 9.5 max on N3ds, and you'd do that update process via sysUpdater and a 9.5 CIA package.

Alright, cool. That said, any way to use the eShop and online play? I read somewhere that spoofing no longer works.

Sure. I used this one, though I had to use the older build of rxTools mentioned at the bottom of the thread with the firmware file from ReiNAND.
