Choidujour will brick if you set it to autorcm on a patched console, if you're not sure run hekate make an emummc and update to 8.1.0, you don't need 9.0.1 yet and 8.1.0 is more stable, technically atmosphere supports 9.0.1 but Homebrew and other things haven't updated yet. Nothing yet requires 9.0.1, honestly I'm keeping my sysnand at 4.1.0 until I absolutely have to. Oh also kosmos supports 9.0.0 but not 9.0.1.

So you don't run hekate first?
You go into kosmos toolbox reboot to hekate, and click on emummc, then create emummc, you can go through bunches of other steps if you want to use hidden partition. After waiting for emummc to be made click launch and then cfw(emummc). Then update.
Also make sure to update kosmos.
