SIIIIIIIIGHH. ANOTHER ONE.
There's one of these 'i nub pls hlp' or 'can i hs fre gmez pls pls pls' or 'hers a gme thts expltble' kind of threads. There's at bare minimum one a week and typically like today there's 5 in one day. I guess while this thread is here, I'll ask some productive questions.
How did Nintendo remove svcBackdoor from Kernel11? I thought it was only ARM9 that had that? What potential repercussions could that have? Is that how we get arm11 kernel, by taking over a process that have permissions to it?
So, we lost http:c. What now?
Personally my Homebrew Launcher CIA doesn't like my 10.7 renamed payload. I haven't seen any similar reports on this, [which is what separates me from OP since I looked] you all mind checking?
How was memchunkhax2.5 / svchax [which clearly Nintendo took personally] / memchunkhax3&Knuckles [per
@Sonic_Cee_Dee]
Anything else that I missed which is detrimental to homebrew?
Didn't they screw around with the arm9 FIRM size? Isn't that going to mess with a9lh at least if you have a bad CFW? I believe this because if the OS finds the FIRM size to be larger it might panic.
Thanks for the insight! I'm always willing to learn more.
And OP, there have already been several threads on this. Clearly you're capable of installing Luma, so I'd think you would know how to Google.
