Is it safe to update my ps3 if its modded with ps3hen and has stuff like webman, multiman and irisman installed?

I wanted to login to my psn account on my ps3 and it says me I have to update my ps3 in order to do that.

You don't have to update to connect to psn (to sync trophies for example), SENenabler can spoof fw as if you're on the latest, just make sure to disable any homebrew and unmount any games etc before connecting to psn.

Oh i see.. Then there's no way around updating. Your stuff should stay after updating (i think)

Yeah, just make sure you install HFW and not OFW. Also after the update you will need to go to ps3xploit and reinstall HEN. You existing games and homebrew will not be removed but you will be unable to launch them until you reinstall HEN.
