So, there are some softwares around, that claim that do not use Authoringtools, they depend on Devkit and other things, and they are able to make forwarders now.
Is it safe to share the NSP made with them? O:

NSP will be always not safe... but who knows... maybe that has changed with the new method?

No that is false. .NSP files aren't inherently warez. If they are .NSP files of non-copyrighted content, such as homebrew, then they are safe to be shared. However they must be built without using copyrighted tools.

If it has no copyrighted material it's not warez

Yeah, the tool has been released already, the only "Copyright" thing that you will need is the Switch Keys, but thats another thing.
