    I downloaded Pop Island Paperfield years ago and have been intruiged by CFW so I tried it out. I used the tutorial linked and am still a noob to this stuff. The thing is, I'd like to continue using PIP since it's a game I enjoyed playing with friends and siblings. Would it be safe to replace the patched version on the sd card with the original now that everything is downloaded? If not, is there some way to be able to continue playing?

    yes, you can restore the dsiware to it's original

    next time do not follow youtube guides

    guides get out of date too quick and are not repairable and then people screw up their systems then come here crying about it

    Oh ouch, luckily I was fast enough. Thanks for the advice, that's good to know about future software changes.

    Also most of them are often inaccurate, the only guide you should follow is 3ds.hacks.guide
