Hacking Is it safe to reinstall cIOS 249 etc on vWii?

Yo, I've been kinda wondering if it's safe to reinstall some cios on my vwii, i've been having problems with some games such as Mario Galaxy and other, they didn't let me run the game.

So, It would be great if someone could link me a tutorial to install certain cios that are important for vwii? I mean I installed it already, but is it okay if I just reinstall them again?

I just got through everything, and it works, but I'm still not sure how to play wii games off my sd. I only have a 4gb flash drive and my sd is 128gb with alot of space left^^

CFG USB Loader allows you to play/dump games from SD Card.

As does WiiFlow. The only one that doesn't is USB Loader GX.
