Gaming Is it safe to play thrid-paty games early?

On another forum someone told me that you could play third-party games early and not get banned from LIVE. He played FFXIII and New Vegas (the game I want to play early) and he hasn't been banned. He is a reputable member. Can anyone vouch for this?

No, you won't. If you do happen to get banned or suspended though, send Microsoft an e-mail with the proof of purchase. They'll have to unban/unsuspend you.

whoever told you that was a idiot if you play any game early or not verified you are always at risk of getting a ban to be on the safe side wait until fallout is verified on tuesday
