Hi! Before you go crazy on me about this, I wonder out of curiosity if is possible to have a fully working Wii with deleted (if any) old, not used anymore, IOS.

Is this possible? Anyone tried this? And also, deleting these IOS count towards freeing space in the NAND?

    Thanks

Just don't do it. Only bad things can come from deleting old IOS's. It's not worth the extra space.

Don't know for the space pour "yes" you can delte IOS but this is pointless.
Be carefull: don't delete the IOS used by systemmenu (normally redsquirel mod of ATD won't let you this) and if you want to play this game: bootmii as boot2 with a NAND backup [IMG]

When you delete an IOS, it will NOT give you extra free space on your Wii's NAND. Atleast, the free space will not be useable for channels/saves. So it's pretty useless to delete old IOS's as they might come in handy.
