Is it possible to use an X360 Controller's right stick as a mouse?

I know the NVIDIA Shield has this feature, but can it be brought to normal Android phones in some way?

EDIT: Since people are still finding this thread, I am happy to report that Steam's controller remapping is capable of this.

You haven't edited your post at all, which means this is your original message.

But why...?
no idea why he did that,, i don't think there is one, unless you fake the xb360 controller as a shield controller and rip and modify the original drivers/app to get it to work, but that seems like to much.

I believe you can map the joystick to a mouse with Joy2Key. I turned a PS3 controller into a mouse replacement a while back with Joy2Key for PC, I mapped the mouse to the left stick, the left click to the cross button, the right click to the circle button, and the hotkeys for switching back and forth between tabs for Firefox as the left and right buttons. There's also Xpadder apparently, but I've never used that, so I don't know how that one works.
