Just do the Brazillian Title Install Method. You'll have to redownload the games and install them, but it still goes on your home menu and can be installed on System Memory.

I'm not familiar with the way Loadiine loads its games, but I'm going to assume that you can't. If Loadiine loads games from one file, it cannot be done because Brazillian uses like 18 different unique files plus the tickets. It'd be easier to just download the game again. It's very easy to do anyway.

just use nuspacker and fuck having to redownload games
nuspacker makes loadiine games to brazilin format
than install by wupinstaller just like brazilian method
only thing is i believe it is restricted to games lower than 2gbs
    but it is being fixed

you may also need theoriginal meta xml or rpx files which u can indiviually download with jnus
    but its rare
