Hacking Is it possible to transfer 3DS friends to another NNID?

Hello all, this question came to my head, but I'm not entirely sure if it's doable.

I have two NNIDs, one of them being banned on my old 3ds, but I still use it on my Wii U and Switch with no problem at all. I bought a New 2ds XL and transferred everything from my old 3ds (cfw, friends, saves, etc) with a system transfer. The only thing I didn't transfer was my current NNID. I made a new one and transferred my old 3ds friends onto the new 2ds with the new NNID. The question is, could I transfer my current 3DS friends to my old NNID? My New 2DS has no remnants of a banned account, but I'm not sure if its possible.

The reason why I want to do this is so I can add all of my 3DS friends on the Switch if they have it. Thanks in advance.

no the nnid and friends lists are linked together and there is no undoing this

although you can have more than one nnid on a switch so you can add your 2nd account and continue to use it as you already have been (with your friends list fractured onto two nnids)
