Hacking Is it possible to System transfer from a hacked Old 3DS XL to a New 3DS XL?

I have a New 3DS Xl (SNES edition) that is on 11.6.0-39U.

I have an Old black 3ds XL running Luma, FBI, homebrew CFW and I updated to 11.6.0-39U a while ago.

I want to hack the NEW 3ds XL.

https://3ds.guide/get-started says I'd have to use DSiware and buy some games.

I was hoping to system transfer from the Old black 3ds to the New 3ds instead to avoid buying anything. Is this possible?

You can system transfer but only your bought games will be playable on the N3DSXL.

If you want to hack the N3DS using this method, you must follow the guide exactly, and you must purchase one of the listed DSiWare games listed in the guide. No exceptions.

Alternatively, you could use the ntrboot method, but the DSiWare transfer method will be cheaper than a DS flashcart.

No, it just transfers your NNID and data.
