Is it possible to run games inside the R4 in DSi mode or with TWL clock?

Hi, I have a red 2ds xl with Luma3ds and b9s, I also have a r4i gold 3ds + rts (r4ids.cn) which has the internal switch for ntrboot so to speak.
My wish would be to be able to start games like pokemon black version in DSi mode, and if that is not possible, at least use the 133mhz TWL clock.
I searched around a bit but I have not found a certain answer and I currently use the wood kernel and I would like to know if it is possible to start games with this clock always using the wood kernel or is it necessary to change the kernel. Thanks in advance and have a good day.

I think NDS Bootstrap is the only way to do so.
In case in terms of compatibility is better kernel wood or Twilight menu?
I am absolutely sure that twilight menu (and therefore also nds-bootstrap) is more updated and can have more functions.

@Psionic Roshambo, CPS II machines were also difficult due to the suicide battery keeping the chips alive containing the decryption keys to decrypt the game. And if the battery died, then the game won't boot.
