Is it possible to rip games off a mp5

A while ago before I got a Nintendo 3ds I got a PS vita dupe called a mp5 back then I was an idiot and so I fell for the amazing graphics displayed on the selling page and so I bought it for $30.00 when it finally came It looked nice and showed amazing graphics upon booting up but It turns out it was filled with gba and nes titles I was wondering if there was a way to rip the titles from the game and then convert them to a .cia file they would be much more valuable on the 3ds if anyone feels like helping me that would be great thanks -Ryu

I don't think you'll need to rip these games if you wanna play them... Maybe they're even bad dumps
