Homebrew Is it possible to replace a save with Ironhax o3ds 9.9?

if you look on other threads and follow smea twitter, he promissed a thing called TDVS or whatever acronym is,
its a save dumper, the exact thing you are asking
however there is no word when he releases it and is probably work in proggress..
i had seen someone claiming IRONHAX instaler is a changed version... probably it is true but can't really confirm
