Hi all,

I have a Japanese Animal Crossing 3DS LL(XL) on FW 4.3.

Is it possible to region change it (on sysNAND not emuNAND) to USA region and do a system transfer from my old USA 3DS (regular size one), and then access the USA eShop? I do not mind being on latest FW with it.
