Misc Is It Possible To Recreate The Pokémon Dream World?

I'm new to this GBATEMP, so I don't know if this is the right place to post this. But my question is: Would it be possible to recreate the Pokémon Dream World? I would really like to play the game. I never played it when it was available on Global Link. Someone on this website has linked a website where you can download a lot of files for the Dream World. So, what do you think? I really hope its possible to recreate it, even if only a little part of it...

Pokemon is one of the most popular games of all time and I am sure there is substantial interest in doing this if it is at all possible. Making more threads about it isn't going to help.
