Hello,

So I have two psvita,
A slim aquablue, and a 1G black.
Im looking to put my sd2vita on the 1G black without formating it.
First psvita use ENSO 3.65 and the other one use ENSO 3.60. They both are connected to the same PSN account.
How should I do ? Ive been thinking about it for month but didnt find anything so I just gave up.

Any help would be welcome, is that even possible ?

possibly if you delete the id.dat on the root of the sd2vita. I'm not sure if being on two different firmwares will cause a problem. the id.dat records system, account, and firmware information. and, it's recreated after deleting it and rebooting.

Yes IT is possible but all of the systems should be on same fw, also check what firmware are set to spoof on Henkaku on this systems.

yes it's fine as long as on the same firmware, as someone posted above you must delete the id.dat file from the SD card before inserting into the second PS Vita

Alright, thanks guys. It worked. I didnt have to delete the id.dat file, can you explain me the reason behind why it might have been helpful?
Actually, I just put the SD2vita in the other console, install SD2vita with the switch sd2 vita homebrew, restart, it uploaded the database or something and every bubble just appeared on my other device.
So even if my two consoles are on different firmware, that worked easily.
The downsize is that every game downloaded by PKGJ got a "impossible to launch, download the game again from pstore[... ] C0-9250-6" otherwise everything else works fine. What am I missing here?

EDIT: After some research I believe I already removed the id.dat file previously from "unlink the memory card" I just didnt know it removed that specific file.

yeah, unlink the memory card deletes that file. my games got messed up too while abandoning an old account. I managed to fix everything though.

One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I wonder if I could recommend that to some emulation devs that perhaps the sound could use some smoothing out to simulate those old TVs
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

It's old but it's the best firmware out for DS stuff
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
it says it only works for the original R4, R4i Gold (r4ids.cn), R4iDSN (r4idsn.com) and Acekard R.P.G.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    nvm it does support mine
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card

Slightly slower loading but a bit more convenient
