Hello everybody, I'm a beginner porter who loves the Ps Vita console.

If possible, I will take on the task to port the Lego Star Wars game to Ps Vita.
Although, before I start this journey I would need to know if a port like that is even possible.
Are there any people out there who might know if a port like this would run successfully on the Ps Vita system?

How to port exactly is a journey I will on myself, but before that I would like to know if it is even possible, and maybe which version I should port over.
The android version, PC or PS3 (seems unlikely to me)

Anybody who could give me some answers?

Of course it is possible and sorry for spoilers on "how" but in this case you should know.
First you need to obtain the source code of those games, I know it is difficult mission but it is crucial.
Second you need to re-code things from platform "X" for example PC to PS Vita, another difficult one but don't give up hope.
Third you need to compile the code, here it will be a little bit easier because if you can re-code it into Vita homebrew SDK - aka not Sony's official ones - you won't have to do extra work of asking Sony to lend you documentation (probably for money)
Oh of course you need to understand while re-coding that you may need to somehow "tune down" the mechanics because Vita is not power house like PCs these days after all.
At the end of the road real ported game awaits!
I guess I didn't spoil the technical "how" that much so you can still go discover that on your own.

There is no other way for actually PORTING games from one platform to another.
