Hacking is it possible to play NDS games with both GBA and DSi features on flashcarts?

for example:Can I play Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow with the items you unlock by having Aria of Sorrow inserted on the GBA slot even though I got a DSi or playing Solatorobo with the camera features on a flashcart?
