No.You need a slot 2 card to run gba games.You can run Gba games from the slot 1 memory card using a slot 2 card though.

There won't be a gba emulator which i'm sure is what your getting at,so don't be cheap and just buy a slot2 ez flash 3in1 which will cost about 20 bucks.....
