Well is there a way to patch Pokémon Fire Red(Retail) to Pokémon Shiny Gold with a slot one card for the Nintendo ds?

Edit: Complete new post with new style.

You would patch the game on your computer and then play it on your ds.
You need either an iPlayer or SCDSTWO cart in order to play gba games on a slot 1 card.

Are you asking if you can patch your actual cartridge to use the hack? If so, the answer is no. It is not possible to reflash retail cartridges for any console system.

I think he's asking if a Slot 1 Flash Cart can get a program that is essentially Lunar IPS for the DS.

Retail games are not rewriteable. The data is READ ONLY.

Trust me, if it was possible you wouldn't want to do it.
While Gold and Silver were good games, ShinyGold isn't even completed.
As in, you cannot even finish the game.

That is, unless you got a spare cart of FR or if you found one for under $10.
