Homebrew Is it possible to modify the icons at the bottom of the wii u menu to load other apps?

I wanna replace the apps at the quick launch of the wii u menu (i.e. Miiverse) with homebrew apps to have quicker access to them would this be possible?
Edit: I forgot to mention that i would like to keep the system apps but iirc that shouldnt be too hard if i use the haxchi installer
