ROM Hack Is it possible to make gifs animate on Moonshell?

I have this .gif file on Moonshell but the thing is, it doesn't animate. It's just a still picture but kinda distorted or something. So I was wondering, is it possible to make gifs animate? If so, how?

DSOrganize can help you out there. I don't believe Moonshell has any plugins for GIFs, so yeah.....
