Hacking Homebrew Is it possible to make a DSiWare store that downloads games from a server, considering the DSi's slow download/upload speeds?

The title pretty much explains the whole cause behind this thread.

Considering the DSi's slow download speeds, and that nobody has ever done something like this before, would it be possible to make a downloader app that connects to a server so it can download DSiWare games?

The whole concept is as follows:

When booted, it would show up a logo accompanied with a small jingle (a Nintendo DSi Shop-ish sound).

It would show up a menu similar to the DSi Shop, with it's particular music.

The apps can be filtered and the app's thumbnails are shown.

A small animation is shown while downloading the apps.

Depending on which CFW/Menu is used, the Shop will automatically detect this and will place the downloaded app on the roms directory of TWiLight Menu or injecting the app to the DSi's SDNAND (via hiyaCFW).

The purpose of this concept is to make a recreation of the Nintendo DSi Shop, and to make those games directly available from your console, instead of having to go to your PC and downloading a goddamn 10 GB file containing all DSi games.

Considering that this hasn't been accomplished by anyone before, would it be possible to achieve this?

Thanks in advance.

I don't know if the DSi needs some kind of key (it probably does), but the concept itself is pretty doable. You just need to consult the Nintendo servers API that contains the games and such. This homebrew would download whatever files are needed to install the game and then the homebrew would do the rest (this was done in t he WiiU with great success).

Hurdles would be keys and such and how to access the API. If there is more info about those, it would only need time.

Piracy is not allowed on GBAtemp.
Well, it's pretty much about making a homebrew application that can download DSi software from a server. It's not directly linking to copyrighted software (at least on the site), so technically this isn't breaking any rule.
