I know another thread has been made already similar to this one, but at least Vista has been alive longer...

I've been wanting to install Vista for a while... Been wondering if it is possible to install Vista onto a Thumb/Flash/USB Drive. No I don't mean extracting the files of an ISO then putting it onto the USB Drive. I mean like installing Vista to the USB Drive so it's just like having an OS with you everywhere.

Anyway... If it's possible, guides will help ^^

not possible and even if it was it would be too slow to be usable.

Google for Microsofts Portable Edtition of Vista - it's about 990 MB big and free if you validate your current windows installation
