Yes, using a boot manager like CtrBootManager9, BootCtr9, arm9select or even the boot manager included in AuReiNand.

This question doesn't make sense.
Arm9loaderhax boots whatever is your arm9loaderhax.bin file. If that file is AuReiNand then yes, AuReiNand automatically boots. If that file is CtrBootManager then CtrBootManager automatically boots and can let you choose different CFWs. Or even if AuReiNand automatically boots, as I said, it has a boot manager included (except if you have an old version).

So, I've installed CakesFW, but if I use CTRBootManager9, what is the file to use to boot CakesFW?
On the a9lh.cfg, it's write: CXakes.bin, but what is the true file to rename into that

P.S: Can I use payloads if I have CTRBootManager9?
ERDIT: Finally I useCTRBoot9, it's better!
