Hacking Is it possible to get my JP Rhythm Heaven save to work with the NA version?

Try extracting the JPN save and injecting it to the USA version with JKSaveManager.

It depends on whether or not the different regions use the same base game. If the NA version has censorship or anything in-game that the JP version doesn't have, the answer is most likely no.
