Hello.

I was just wondering if it was possible to get Homebrew on Xbox one without messing with the hardware inside the console? I want to mod the console without having to buy any modchips.

Yes it's possible via developer mode. But I don't have Xbox one so I don't know how it's done.

Dev mode at this point is only useful for emulators, if you're referring to a "cfw" then it's very unlikely without some hardware mod, it'll probably be just like the 360 where you'll need to modify the board in some fashion, or maybe dev mode research may lead to something

you can run emulators, you cannot pirate or mod games or run cfw, some sort of hardmod would likely be used if full hombrew access is achieved, I won't say softmodding is %100 unlikely but don't count on a "flash drive mod" for xbone to happen

VR is awesome and I love it.
  • Veho @ Veho:
    The visual part, that is.
  • Veho @ Veho:
    The controls are still ass.

But as far as immersion goes, it's great. It's like you have the entire game environment in a bucket, and then you put that bucket on your head.
  • Veho @ Veho:
And it's great, provided you don't try to get up and walk around.
  • Veho @ Veho:
Because you have a bucket on your head.
  • Veho @ Veho:
I'm not sure how far I can push this metaphor.
  • Veho @ Veho:
The bucket also comes in handy when VR gives you motion sickness.
  • Veho @ Veho:
    Anyway. VR is neat.

The immersion part is the only thing I like about vr that's why I returned Nreals too much open space made them off putting cool concept for sunglasses kind of expected it but wanted to try them at least

I only spend $500 on gaming stuff like twice a year so hopefully something will come that breaks meta 3
