ROM Hack Is it possible to get badges to load custom title ids?

It's just something I've been wondering seeing that you can get them to load system titles I wouldn't be surprised if it's not even possible but I would ask anyway.

The title ID is located at 0xA4 in the CABS file. It's stored as a 64-bit little-endian value. If the badge doesn't launch a title, the value is FFFFFFFF-FFFFFFFF; otherwise, it's the title ID.

I see no reason why not. Although I think it only works with NAND titles.

Yeah I did try to use that Advanced Badge Editor but nothing.
