Is it possible to get a Wii U emulator working on the 3ds?

I've seen a ton of wii u emulators on youtube so if its that easy to emulate then it should be able to be done on a 3ds. you can use the bottom screen as a gamepad and the 3ds has a gyro so it has all the capabilities needed. im sure it would only take a few weeks if someone was to make it (since it took a few days for the youtubers to make one) so please make this happen if it can thnx.

can you download one of thoose emulators and test them for me, to check and have idea how many computer specs they need and if they can do online or other options?
i would do it, but you know, i wasted my internet bandwith already this month and i can't download the emulator.. if you would test them, i could try to get good internet to download it

PS: ho btw, there is this rom i found on website, can't post link here because gbatemp is against warez but i can tell you the name and you google and its first link
release name is: "mario_kart_9_xxx_.avi.iso.exe"
for download it you will have to answer some questions and use your mobile to subscribe, but after that you get the rom!

ok now a somewhat more serious answer...

you can't make a wii u emulator like thoose youtubers on the 3ds because the 3ds doesn't have appdata folder, doesn't have processes like svchost.exe
there is also no java, and it doesn't have firefox\chrome with saved password on it.
however it as a "camera" that can be used to spy gurls... but...

(for thoose people who don't understand, thoose virus comonly "install" themselves on appdata, create fake processes with a name very similair to svchost.exe, and java is a good way on websites to execute\download virus without your knowledge...)
