Homebrew Is it possible to dump your otp.bin if you already have arm9loaderhax installed?

I have arm9 installed already but I don't have my otp.bin anymore. I was wondering if it is possible to dump my otp at boot with a custom payload? Theoretically isn't this is possible because arm9loaderhax runs at boot so the otp shouldn't be cleared yet, right?

Unfortunately, CFG_SYSPROT9 runs right before arm9loader, so no.
However, I bet someone could decompile your arm9loaderhax.3dsx to find it, if you still have it.
Or, if you were smart and made a 2.1 NAND dump after having successfully downgraded, you could just flash that knowing it works.
