Get the 9.2 CIAs, downgrade with the SysUpdater CIA.
Or SafeSysUpdater
Or PlaiSysUpdater
yep. Since it is a CIA, A9LH will already have protected FIRM, and it shouldn't uninstall A9LH.

  1. Install *sysupdater cia on sysnand
  2. Download the downgrade package of your choice
  3. Copy it to your updates folder on your sd card
  4. Launch *sysupdater cia
  5. Downgrade
As long as you're not using cakesfw without firm protection or using gateway a9lh you should be good.
