I'd say create an Emunand. Downgrade the Emunand to 9.2 then flash that to Sysnand with the option to protect A9LH

2. Download the downgrade package of your choice
3. Copy it to your updates folder on your sd card
4. Launch *sysupdater cia
5. Downgrade

As long as you're not using cakesfw without firm protection or using gateway a9lh you should be good.
