Hacking is it possible to downgrade a 9.7 O3DS , to make it compatible with rxTools?

So i just bought a sky3ds (blue button), and it seems way more complicated than my other 3ds (which uses rxtools/CIAs). and before it was impossible to use a sky3ds to downgrade, but i wanted to know if there was anyway now to do it! Thanks again!

Only if you have a NAND backup of an older firmware from this same 3DS (every 3DS is unique, so you cannot use a backup from another one). If you do, look into getting a NAND mod done on your 3DS. There's no software way to downgrade on 9.3+. If you have no backup, you're out of luck.

How did you miss this when you made this post?? Granted, it should mention downgrading as well as installing CIAs. Since it is addressed at newbies it needs to be more explicit.
