ROM Hack Is it possible to directly DECRYPT/EDIT the 1.2 update of OR/AS?

Hi everyone! I wanted to know if it possible to directly Decrypt/Edit the 1.2 update of OR/AS?
I ask you that because I tested to run OR/AS without his update with this tutorial : https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutoria...d-3ds-rom-run-oras-without-his-update.383055/
But it seem it does not work!

I can not edit the text of OR/AS because the update remplace them.
