I know it's possible to create retroarch forwarders using NSUI but those versions are outdated, and not all retroarch cores are available.

Is it possible to forward retroarch ROMs to the home menu without using NSUI?

Something like NRO2NSP would be really good, only opening a rom using a shortcut instead of the current forward approach that bundles the rom with the emulator, not only it would save space, but time as well, because opening a game in retroarch takes about a minute if not more.

I tried to do something with hbmenu's built-in shortcut system but it didn't seem to work.
